Sabers is an ambient, sonic duo based in New York City: Charlie Hines - guitar / effects, Jeff Conaway - percussion / effects. They first performed together during the mid 90's, as the original rhythm section of {{{Panel Donor}}}. Jeff is also in {{{The Psychic Paramount}}} and is a former member of {{{Bee and Flower}}}.
